I went to a different Great Clips as the one I normally go to had a longer wait time. I had Melissa as my stylist. Wow, she was great. Very easy to talk to and very cheerful. I was only expecting a normal haircut, but she put me in for the "New Client VIP" experience, which I greatly appreciated.
