I brought in my 2 boys for haircuts. My older boy, age 9, has autism and anxiety. Mariah was very patient and kind to him. He tends to have a hard time with haircuts due to someone getting in his space so quickly. She gained his trust with her warm smile and not rushing the service due to his age or diagnoses (as we have experienced many times in the past). My younger son, age 5, is developmentally delayed. He has had many haircuts where the stylist treats and talks to him like he is just plain stupid with no feelings. But holy buckets, by the time I made it to the chair to talk to Nicci regarding the service, they were in deep conversation about Pokémon. He is in love! He finally found someone that he wants to see again for a haircut. She is warm, patient, listens to concerns and asks for input, and is a good human! It was so nice my boys were able to receive haircuts and we didn’t have to be at home after and I’m attempting to correct the numerous mistakes we are discovering throughout the night. We will definitely be returning to see Nicci and Mariah! Thank you ladies!

I like being able to pick my stylist she is really good. Also, I really like getting in line from my home before getting there.
I would really like an in between service where you just wash my hair after the cut. The massage chairs at both the locations I went to were weak and the massage after the wash isn't long enough to be worth the price. For the extra price the massage should be a minimum of 5 minutes and up to 7 or 8. And the stylist should probably have a timer to make sure she gives the full time, just like a massage therapist.
