Bri was great with my boy just the experience and he looks great! People usually don’t cut toddlers hair because they can’t be unpredictable with their patience but Bri was great with him. He say still he laughed and she made him feel comfortable.

Monica gave me a great haircut. It's a basic cut, but she paid a lot of attention. She was new to me, but she wanted to make it a great cut and took the time to make that happen. She was wonderful! I tend to stick with people I like, so I hope Monica will be there for a long time so I keep coming back!

Solid variety of products. I appreciate the opportunity to try them during my shampoo/conditioning as well as after with different hair products.

That said, I have bought just about all of them by now. My stylist, Alyessea knows my favorites. That’s kind of cool.

I like the atmosphere. I think you should offer motor sports tv also rather than just the typical football, basketball , etc….

Maybe have the stylists ask what the client wants to watch while getting their haircut. Separate or different channels on multiple tvs. Put it in the customers profile so you wouldn’t even have to ask. Also, maybe send out a survey or a questionnaire about communication. I like to sit with my eyes closed and only really speak when needed. I know some people enjoy the banter however, some just want to relax and meditate.

Get new massagers. The ones you have are not dependable.

She didn’t make faces at him, or make my grandson feel self continence with his lack of hair care. I watched her Talk and teach his style and how-to’s by using her different tools of trade.

Checking in online in advance and literally walking in the door for my appointment. I wish everything in life were this convenient. Everyone is friendly, even the clients. Though the sports on the screens are ok, it's a relief not to watch home/food/politics.

I will say, I do enjoy an MVP experience. However, if I skip that, I can afford to tip a little more generously. Just saying.
