Solid variety of products. I appreciate the opportunity to try them during my shampoo/conditioning as well as after with different hair products.

That said, I have bought just about all of them by now. My stylist, Alyessea knows my favorites. That’s kind of cool.

I like the atmosphere. I think you should offer motor sports tv also rather than just the typical football, basketball , etc….

Maybe have the stylists ask what the client wants to watch while getting their haircut. Separate or different channels on multiple tvs. Put it in the customers profile so you wouldn’t even have to ask. Also, maybe send out a survey or a questionnaire about communication. I like to sit with my eyes closed and only really speak when needed. I know some people enjoy the banter however, some just want to relax and meditate.

Get new massagers. The ones you have are not dependable.

She didn’t make faces at him, or make my grandson feel self continence with his lack of hair care. I watched her Talk and teach his style and how-to’s by using her different tools of trade.
Tre found a person who communicated well, and got him, with respect! I don’t remember her name but I think it will be easier for my grandson to return more often! She is worth every penny! Thank you

Checking in online in advance and literally walking in the door for my appointment. I wish everything in life were this convenient. Everyone is friendly, even the clients. Though the sports on the screens are ok, it's a relief not to watch home/food/politics.

I will say, I do enjoy an MVP experience. However, if I skip that, I can afford to tip a little more generously. Just saying.

I am thinning really bad on the top of my head and wanted to get my hair cut short to make it look better. She was super patient, kind and supportive by reducing the cut from a number 4 to a number 1. While I am not happy about balding, the service was top notch and I feel like a million bucks! Will be back soon, when I need some upkeep!

I like to check in process on the app. The stylus listen to what I want and do a good job. They take notes and learn each time I return how to do a better and better job with my hair. I like the location and hours of the store I went to. I got a great haircut and great shampoo, scalp massage and warm towel for a fair price.
