I really like how Adrienne teaches her class. She keeps it fun and challenging and changes up her class each time. My daughter-in-law decided to join me because it sounded like a good way for her to get back in shape after having a baby.

- Please make sure teachers turn heat on - sometimes the heat is very low
- Is it possible to have 5:30pm or 6pm Sculpt Classes? 7pm is too late
- Please remind teachers to change up their playlists- some teachers have had the same songs for 6+ months

It’s challenging but also not intimidating for a newbie who is not in the best shape (aka me). The instructors have been amazing with modifications in yoga sculpt and it’s one of the best workouts I’ve ever taken part in.

Yoga sculpt is amazing and combines my favorite types of workouts (weights/strength/HIIT/yoga) so I get everything I want and need in one!

The instructor was fabulous! The studio is small but clean and comfortable.

Great heart sculpt practice !! Sheldon was very welcoming from the moment I walked into the studio…. Everything from the music she selected to her narrative vibe and the heat was excellent !!

I love the people and feel very welcome in the studio. The classes are great and challenging and like how the instructors will key modifications. Due to small class size, I wish we could do hand on correction.

I love the classes, the staff and the atmosphere. Also convenient locations with parking. I will say, I wish it was a bit cheaper. As much as I love it I’m considering cancelling my membership due to the cost.

Angie was amazing in every way. Her class was encouraging and adaptive based on ability, and she genuinely wanted feedback and connection with you after class. She is a star!

I like the inclusiveness of the staff and members. Everyone is welcoming. I haven't done yoga since pre-COVID and the instructors are encouraging and helpful as I get back into a routine.
