Body20 works for me! I have a 20 minute session of intense workout which is the equivalent to 4 hours in the gym and I have my own personal coach! The coaches and staff are very professional and the gym itself is clean and functional. Loving the way my body is taking on a new shape and so much more energy too!!

It is a friendly yet professional environment in which to exercise with the kind of support and motivation I need. The staff are well trained and always willing to assist.
Top of the list and easiest to answer is the amazing staff! Jodie and Matthew are amazing and professional ! They push you hard and make you feel super comfortable same time!

The training has made me so much stronger and improved my overall muscle balance and strength so much! I have gone from not being able to run to having done some road running up to 10 kms and have now started loving trail running too. This is after not being able to run anything past 400m for 35 years due to an injury I had as a child. I could not recommend Body 20 enough!
Then for the amazing people at the Dbnville branch, I love going to Body 20 Dbnville because of the incredible care and attention to detail from all their staff. They provide an wonderful customer experience and give specific care to each client.
I cannot recommend Body 20 Durbanville enough!
