Year after year, my son raves about Dory! Will loved fishing and boating on the lake, playing sports and fun games. Counselors are fun and engaging! And I always felt like safety was of upmost concern, especially when it comes to the lake and swimming.
People are friendly and the facility is well equipped to provide a variety of fitness programs.
Love the way that the community comes together at the Y. The gym has lots of fitness machines with all ages working out. I can watch TV while doing 3 miles on the tread mill. This summer watching the little ones stream in and out of the pool is a delight. It's a great way to stay healthy.

We love the staff at the Y in Amesbury! Our two sons have been there just under a year and they both enjoy learning and playing. The staff is engaging and warm.
I love the Amesbury early learning program the teachers are great and really connect with my toddler definitely put me at ease leaving him in someone else’s care. The whole team is amazing from him moving from the infant room to the toddler

We have had a child in this program for over 8 years. The teachers, facility and programming are amazing. The hours of operation actually allow parents to work full time! Best place ever for kiddos!
Variety
The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids loved the indoor spring diving board and the outside pool, especially the climbing obstacles.
The Y has something for everyone. It is an essential part of the community. Just a wonderful organization and facility!

Our daughter has learned so much in the few months she has spent at Amesbury YMCA. We love seeing her enjoy the outdoors, crafts and sensory activities!
I recently went with my daughter and her 4 & 6 year old to the splash pad and pool. I was impressed how many lifeguards were in attendance Great time for all. I would definitely go back
I love the teachers that teach yoga, spin and Zumba. When I first joined they were so friendly. They came up to me after or before class and and introduced themselves. I was so nice to be noticed with a friendly smile.
Jan Almkerk is such an amazing yoga teacher. Her classes have really helped me get through a difficult time of my life. The Yin yoga gave me confidence and peace of mind to get through each day. She has been a positive aspect in my life. I have really enjoyed the Full Moon Yoga with the sound meditation. I am so rejuvenated after this class. The stress washes away!
I took Kerri O'Connor's spin and HIIT class which was such an amazing work out. She has great energy!
The gym itself is really well laid out and clean and has an updated feel. I love the fact that everything is on one level and easy to get to.
The front desk staff is always so friendly and says hello and goodbye to me which creates a positive overall environment.
Friendly staff, really great exercise equipment, a tremendous water park for kids of all ages. My grandchildren absolutely love that wonderful water park.
