Our dogs LOVE Dogtopia and the team treats them like royalty! They pay close attention to all of the dogs -- energy level, mood, etc. - and adjust play accordingly. Watching the playroom on camera is such a delight, not least because there is always a team member cleaning (it's the cleanest doggy daycare we've ever been to) but also engaging with the pups, letting them play on their own but always alert, and you can tell just by looking that they LOVE dogs. There are also super fun activities like specialty photo shoots that are fabulous and fun. Our babies come home exhausted and happy, and all we have to do is ask them if they want to go to "school" and they can't contain their excitement and practically drag us to the car. WE LOVE DOGTOPIA!!!

I love the staff. Everyone is so nice, friendly and professional, which is noticeable at the moment that I walked in the door. In addition, the facility is clean, modern and the services are well thought out. There's day care, boarding, grooming, training and merchandise. It's like a one stop shop for your dog. I highly recommend this place for any dog lover

The team at Dogtopia are awesome! You can tell that they care for the dogs. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My dog is obsessed with coming to daycare and has the best time :)

It feels like Dogtopia has put a lot into researching the best delivery for their customer's service. It seems like they address everything that a pet parent is concerned about. I love the cameras! I even love the FAQ that popped up when the cameras turned off during nap time which answered the exact questions I had like "Will daycare impact potty training?" "Why don't they pick the dogs up?" "Why are some dogs placed in a kennel temporarily?" . I can tell that whatever the coaches do or don't do has a reason. They know what they are doing and you can just relax knowing they've got your pupper's best interest in mind. I love that the coaches wiped down my dog when I came to pick him up. I was thinking about grabbing some doggie wipes before picking him up but Dogtopia already thought of that too! It always smells great inside. I see the coaches cleaning all day and interacting with the dogs. I see them making sure that my puppy is socializing correctly. I like that they do a meet and greet to know that each dog is well mannered enough to be around other dogs. I don't feel worried about my puppy getting attacked or seriously bitten because the coaches don't let dogs in who are too aggressive toward other dogs. I like that they require the core vaccinations for the health of all the dogs but don't go overboard requiring novel vaccines. Honestly, it feels like a human child daycare. That's how much care they put into their business and it really seems like every employee enjoys their job. I feel good knowing that my puppy is being well cared for by happy people, having fun and socializing. I just want to give him the happiest life and I think Dogtopia is part of that.

Your staff is everything to me and my pet. They love my dog and he loves going there. It’s clean at your facility! Your staff wipes my dog down so when I pick him up he doesn’t smell like he was at a doggie day camp all day. I’m very pleased with Dogtopia in Summerlin. I couldn’t feel more confident all day knowing he’s in good hands.

EVERYTHING!!! The team is amazing and I know that Bailey is in great hands when he is there. I’ve never met such a great team. You need to make sure that they are well compensated so they don’t leave.
