Most importantly, my boy can't wait to go every morning. He gets very excited when I'm getting ready to leave. They have cameras so you can look in on them during the day. That would be a deal breaker for me if they didn't. The staff is great and I feel they take good care of him when he's there. I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia.

The first call I made to book Lola's appointment the lady was very friendly and had great follow through with the email confirmation as well. I called two times during Lola's stay to check on her, the last call, I let the person know that I would be picking her up early and I asked if she could have a bath before I pick her up. Apparently, that message didn't get to the rest of the team so Lola hadn't been bathed, but that was okay. Upon checking out, the woman informed me on my total which I thought was high, I asked the lady why it was so high and she said because I had requested the suite for Lola. I didn't even know there was a suite option, and I explained that to the lady, she quickly fixed my total to the rate I was anticipating to pay. She was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience, I wish Lola had gotten her bath but I understand things slip through the cracks sometimes. Thank you!

The staff is so great and my dog comes home exhausted from playing all day. I also got the full spa package and my dog smelt so good and was so soft! The facility is also beautiful and smells nice (which isn’t always the case with daycares)!

Dogtopia was easy to work with! they got us in for a nail appointment right away and were ready for us when we arrived.

Our puppies are well loved and cared for when at Dogtopia. They have a blast running around with the other dogs, and they always come home happy and exhausted. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they really do get to know your pup! Plus their cameras allow us to catch a glimpse of their day at Dogtopia, which is a great touch. Their theme days are the best, and we literally can't recommend them enough!

Responsive, kind to dogs and people.

We love that our dog George is so excited when he gets to Dogtopia, tail wagging and leaping into the trainers' arms, ready to play with his buddies. We like checking in on him via the webcams and seeing him chase balls and bubbles, lounge on ramps, and wrestle friends. And we definitely appreciate how calm he is when he gets home because he's so tuckered out from his time at "school". We attribute his great social skills to Dogtopia whenever anyone asks how a puppy younger than 18 months is so well behaved.

My dogs are safe! I can watch them on the cameras, the coaches are attentive and loving to my fur babies, and the activities they have with my pups are an added bonus. After only the first visit, my dogs were jumping out of the car to play on their second day of play. Thanks Dogtopia for providing an amazing, safe, and fun environment for my boys.

They told me what they’re working on with my dog, she has very submissive behavior and a bit of anxiety. They have a lot of services for your dog. Absolutely love Dogtopia! They treat my dog so well and you can even check on your dog via app! The employees there are super friendly and walked me through everything. I have never left my dog anywhere and I know my dog is in great hands with Dogtopia, highly recommend!

Friendly staff that keeps safety #1 in mind. I.e. placing dogs too hyped up in their crate for a break or switching dogs to other rooms where their personality may fit better.

Dogtopia is safe, clean, friendly, and professional.

The building was designed specifically for dog daycare and boarding. This is not a converted warehouse or grocery store with pony wall corrals.Floor to ceiling walls. Rooms, not corrals, separating dog sizes. Pass-throughs to introduce dogs to the community areas. Siesta two hours each day to get their guests arrest and not over exert them.

The staff is fully trained and friendly. They have concierge service where they will pick up and return your dog curbside.

Web access is always on to view your dog throughout the day. There is always somebody in the room with the dogs to keep order and cleanliness.. They are never left alone.
