I like their friendly upbeat attitude! I love the training they are required to do in order to take care of my furbaby! Their app is easy to use!!! They are willing to take time to answer questions and reassure you! I think I will like the day care feature, and tho I hope not to use the boarding option too often, I am glad it’s available!

The entire staff treat Gus like "family" & we appreciate each and everyone of them. I can't describe the feeling when I open the office door, and everyone behind the counter calls out "GUS"!! He loves daycare and "hangin' with his buddies". From the moment I ask him "if he wants to go see his friends" - His tail is waggin' and he is so excited when we pull up - he jumps out of the car, and runs to the door, usually dragging me behind him.
Gus has "grown up" so much in the 1-1/2 years he has been going to Dogtopia. I can't believe the difference!! And we both love each and every member of the staff and can't wait until we see them the next day.

The staff are great at dealing with the parents and making sure our dog Is taken cared off. I have no second thoughts about the day our dog will have when is there. Its a great place where my dog will get to interact safely with dogs and other staff.

I love that there is a monitor so I can watch my dog throughout the day on my phone and whenever I have questions or concerns, the “front desk” is always helpful. Also, I’m so happy there’s a groomer now! Kelsey is amazing! I now can have my dog go to ONE place for all services.

Clean, easy to schedule, never had a problem with other dogs attacking ours.
Staff is always pleasant and professional, and appear to really love the dogs. It's a very clean looking facility, and I like the different events, as my dogs are very active and really enjoy physical and mental challenges. It's a bit more expensive than other places, but well worth it. I feel my dogs are happy and safe there.
