Attending CorePower for yoga has been an amazing experience for me. As someone who had never practiced yoga before, I was initially apprehensive, but I quickly fell in love with it. I have found it to be beneficial for both my physical and mental well-being. I totally recommend to others looking to improve their well-being through yoga. And I can't forget about Carmilla at West Loop, she is amazing!
