We had really good service when buying our camper

Customer Service is excellent from the sales department, finance department and service department. We required Roadside Assistance once we brought our new trailer home, and the attention to detail from the service technician (Chris) was top notch. He repaired and fixed several things that were not working or needed adjusting (like both of the slides) etc. We were disappointed we needed repairs before even using the new trailer, however Four Seasons made it right and we appreciated the service provided at our shop location so we did not have to transport it back to Regina. Thank you.

We have purchased 4 trailers from the Regina dealer going back to the days of Traveland RV. We have never had a bad experience dealing with anyone at the dealership, whether it was Scott in the service department to Chelsea in the warranty department. The staff is always free and willing to serve you. We have been to the RV show numerous times and have never felt any pressure from the sales staff and you always feel welcome as soon as you walk in the doors of the dealership.

Enjoyed the experience. Only issue is the 30 day warranty would have been nice to start using the camper to make sure all the features worked. But because of the weather and the date we picked it up the warranty will expire before getting to use it.

We felt the buying process went very well - Our salesman Adam was knowledgeable and was great at answering all our questions. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. We have yet to bring our new camper home but thus far we have been very happy with the service we've received.

Service was friendly and not high pressure. We always feel comfortable and welcomed when we enter the four seasons dealership. In the fall of 2024, we purchased a used Rockwood RV and have yet to pick it up to use during the 2025 camping season, so we have at this moment no comment about the product we purchased except that we like the look of it and the inside layout is very nice.
