Shop wise… it is VERY clean! I have never had a complaint of it being dirty. It smells good and every worker is clean. My barber/ hair specialist, or whatever in that matter you would want to call them is one of the best in my opinion. I have been going to her (Renae) for many years now and she has never dissatisfied me. She is very easily one of the best ones in that shop and I refuse to go to anybody else. She can hold an amazing conversation and very easily do an amazing job whilst doing it. Overall a 10/10 rating from me and I have no plans of lowering it anytime soon.

I was really surprised by the skill of my stylist and I even got my hair washed and had a massage in one of your massage chairs. I also appreciated the warm towel on my face. It was a great experience and good atmosphere. Customer centricity is a big thing in the haircare industry for sure. And you guys nailed it.
