Stylist had 30+ years of experience and it showed. I always get MVP and tip, even though I had received less than satisfactory haircuts consecutively at Sports Clips over the last year. I thought I’d give it one more shot and Shelly saved me as a residual customer for your business. The facilities and the amenities are 10% of what makes a haircut a good haircut/experience. Hire more people with experience and dedication like Shelly and Sport Clips will make a significantly positive impact.

Tracy is awesome. I checked in online and was running late due to a long running funeral. I showed up late from my check in time and 15 minutes before Tracy's shift ended. She didn't have to take me, but she did. She didn't rush my haircut and we still talked about the funeral, my family, her family and so on. You can't get that kind of service anywhere. She's a keeper!
