I love my technician and I love that he has been with me a while.
Both Mike and Ashton came to service our house, Mike for the termite inspection, and Ashton for the pest control. Both were kind, considerate, and offered thorough explanations to all of my questions. Since Ashton spent more time here doing the treatment, I have more to say about him. He was definitely the best specialist we have had come in and out of our house over the past two months since we purchased our home, and we have had a lot of people do work in our house. He was so polite, genuine, friendly, and very considerate of being in someone else's home. Very conversational as well. We were so pleased with Arrow Exterminators from beginning to end, both scheduling and the actual service.

Working with Arrow has been a wonderful experience! Who would have thought describing exterminators as wonderful? Ashton was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I also appreciate the great communication from the exterminator that came out to help and from the staff helping schedule the appointment. Ashton also encouraged me with how he explained things that both cause and prevent the issue from happening.
