Sehr fachkompetente und freundliche Fahrradfachmänner, die dort arbeiten. Bin mit meinem Bike sehr zufrieden.
Es wurde bei KL nicht nur super eingestellt, die Mitarbeiter reden auch mit einem der sich noch nicht als Profi bezeichnen kann sehr höflich und meckern einen nicht gleich an, weil man z.B. nicht versteht warum es nun 27,5er und 29er Laufräder für Mountainbikes gibt oder versuchen einem irgend einen Mist zu verkaufen der gerade noch im Eck rum steht. Auf jeden Fall kann ich den Laden nur weiterempfehlen.
Sie sind auch sehr ehrlich und wollen es den Kunden recht machen.
Immer gerne wieder.
