The staff was very nice and welcoming. As soon as I walked thru the doors the girl at the register was very nice and checked me in, offered a drink, and the stylist Monique was also kind and personable. It was my first time here so was a little bit nervous but I really enjoyed the environment and people. It also smells very good in the salon and it was nice they offered a hand massage while you’re at the hair washing station.

I went in to Breeze -Round Rock to make an appointment for highlights but wasn’t sure about the condition of my hair and if it could withstand the treatment. The ladies at the front desk suggested that I speak with Abi for a consult. Abi was so helpful and took the time to find out what exactly I wanted and listened to my concerns. Abi’s suggestions were spot on and made me feel more confident. I made the appointment for a future date right then and there with her. I’m now excited about getting my hair highlighted and my concerns are diminished.

Most of all, my Stylist, Kat, was comfortable, quick (not hurried), and cheered me up.
