Jill was simply wonderful. I had the 1/2 hour massage and 1/2 hour facial, which was perfect. She was very thorough in asking questions prior to the treatment so she understood my skin type, expectations, etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!

It was my first visit and the customer service at the front desk was kind and attentive. Taylor was also kind, she listened was attentive. She did an excellent job on my color touch up and cut my hair. I will most likely be returning and asking for Taylor.

I've never had to wait at my appointment time. Reception girls are always friendly and helpful. Scheduling is a breeze (pun intended) and love the text reminders to confirm appointments. Never any judgement if it is necessary to reschedule.

I get excellent care for my hair and nails at Breeze. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. I feel that my providers give me time and personal attention - hard to find and well worth it!

The staff and stylist were amazing! My only complaint is that the AC was out and they did not notify me about this prior to my visit!

I loved that yall scaled back some of the corporate-y stuff (not that I minded so much before, but it always felt so rigid when someone would come over with a sheet of everything you’d want and you’d have to sign the piece of paper and then log what products the stylist recommends and then say you formally decline…) but I love when I can have just like an organic conversation with my stylist about what I want, especially when I’m just there for a haircut.
Bebea listened, consulted, came up with a plan before pulling out the scissors. She was friendly, upbeat, easy to talk to. Zoi (not sure if that's how she spells her name) also made it a lovely visit. Great wash, massage and coffee. :) Thanks!!
