It gave my son great experience and confidence in his golf game. Trainers were patient and great with the kids! Coach Alex is a fantastic coach who encourages and is a great teacher who helps fix frustrations! We also like that we get to play surrounding towns on different golf courses.
PGA Jr League allows kids the opportunity to learn the basics of golf in a safe environment. Our PGA Jr League Captain does an outstanding job in teaching our kids the fundamentals of golf along with being good sports. Jr League gets kids off their video games/phones and out moving. Golf courses in our league are very helpful in allowing parents to use golf carts for free and give range balls to competitors for free. I wish the courses in the Nebraska Junior Tour would do the same. I highly recommend Jr League to anyone just starting or has been golfing for many years.

I think the league is set up very well. As a family, we need to travel a little ways to get to a course that offers PGA Jr. League but it is well worth it. I have recruited some kids around the area we live to consider joining the league next year. I wish my son would have known about it a little earlier as this was his first year and he is 13, so he will not be able to participate next year. The league is awesome!

It is a great way for young people to learn the game of golf - the fundamentals and the skills required to play the game from a professional. Also, they learn to play within the framework of the rules in friendly competition. My wife and feel it is a great opportunity for our son.
We loved having an instructor speak into our child's golf game and loved seeing the kids play real matches where they had to do the thinking.
