This year was organized well. My son loved everything about it.
It was a great introduction to golf for my son! He learned the fundamentals, met some nice kids and learned a new appreciation for the game.
The Jr. PGA program at Van Patten is run so well by Coach Bob, Charlee, and Cambell. We enrolled my son in it 2 years in a row and it gets better each year. His skills have improved and he has a ton of fun. They do a great job of balancing competition and learning with fun.

The PGA Jr. League program through the Country Club of Pittsfield is an excellent program. Thomas Sennett, PGA and Avery Manzolini worked hard to not only provide instruction to improve their game but made the effort to reach out to surrounding country clubs to provide the kids the chance to play other courses which was a big hit.
My 8 year old daughter loved it. She liked riding around in the cart, the competition, the uniforms. It was a great experience for her.
My son said it was fun to play golf with friends. It was a great group.
It is a wonderful way for kids to learn the game of golf and the etiquette of competition.
Great experience for both the kids and parents. Always important to have golf carts for the parents. It changes the entire experience.
Good for girls to meet other girl golfers. Learned etiquette. Learned to play here.
The quality of the events were excellent. Both of my children enjoyed their experiences and did not feel any negative pressure or competition. Our coach was fantastic.

I liked that my son got his first introduction to playing c”competitively” with kids his age. I would have liked more guidance on what else was available to do for the high cost of the program.
First year doing this so we weren’t sure what to expect. It was exactly what my 11 year old needed to not only improve his game but also confidence on the course. Staff at Eagle Crest were all very supportive, we will be back next year.
We like the coaches and appreciate that practice was fun for kids.
It was a great team building experience. Being able to visit different courses in the area was nice. The coaches worked very well with the kids.
We had a great experience with Scott Warren and Alexis Ryder. Weekly practices with weekend games worked out great for the spring and summer. My son learned a good amount and more importantly had fun!
It was great to be able to expose my son to a regimental practice and to play matches as well. Will definitely be returning!

How they were able to play matches — our son was new this year — I just wish the coaches would have been able to do more hands on — I guess there were too many kids this year from what I heard. ( van patten chippers)
