It is a good program to get kids out to understand the game of golf. There is usually an mentor who can help the younger golfers learn the game.
She learned a lot in a short time and has asked do it again next year. Practice times were convenient.

My daughter gets instruction from golf professionals and is encouraged to get better. Duane at White Hawk in Crown Point, IN is great with the kids. My daughter enjoys playing golf with the other kids and if it weren't for PGA Jr. League she would not want to play golf.

Beginner program, great at introducing kids to the game in a fun but still competitive environment. The kids love the shirts and playing as a team. It really works well when the more competitive kid's parents are not involved. The better players are also very good at encouraging the younger, less skilled players even when they're playing against them (sometimes their parents aren't as good at it).
The coach we very good with the kids. We had a good number of matches.
