UP sport and spokes staff are very helpful and easy to work with. I enjoy working with Andy who recommended a trek bike to me a year and a half ago and which I just ordered from him this week. It should be all ready for me when I get back to IronMountain next month.

The most friendly and reliable service I’ve seen in the UP! My new fat tire bike is wonderful to ride and so healthy for my recovery after hip surgery last fall. Keep up the great work my friends.

My wife and I walk nearly every day and each got a pair of IceBugs for our winter walks with the dog. In this on and off ice walking weather they are great. Absolutely no slipping on the ice and still easy walking on asphalt. We are very happy with our IceBugs and appreciate the great service we received at the store while contemplating our purchase.

I certainly appreciate the variety of components, clothing and especially your wrench Andy and the advice he willingly shares. Having moved up here from down state in February I was concerned about bike shops and figured I would be making trips to Marquette ….and then I found this local shop, U.P. Sport and Spoke. Jackie and Mike are down to earth, they know cycling and their culture is to engage, listen and recommend! What else can you ask for? Well how about their “Kuhl” line of clothing, pure quality! Enough said, go see for yourself!
