Great program and support
Fun, competivie atmosphere where the junior golfers learn about golf and how to compete respectfully.
PGA Jr. League gives an opportunity to kids to learn the game of golf in a very basic way. It also provides a team aspect to ensure traits like team work, character and sportsmanship!

One of the most significant benefits has been the increase in lesson revenue generated through PGA Jr. League. The program has given me an opportunity to build relationships with a larger number of junior golfers and their families, and those relationships have naturally translated into additional private lessons, clinics, and other instruction.
PGA Jr. League essentially acts as a feeder system for my instruction business. I am able to introduce families to my coaching in a team-based, fun environment, build trust with the players, and then provide additional instruction to those who want to improve. The result has been a meaningful bump in lesson revenue while simultaneously growing my junior student base.
PGA Jr. League creates a reason for families to spend more time at the club, not simply for a lesson, but for practices, matches, team events, and social experiences. That increased traffic can lead to additional food and beverage, merchandise, range, cart, and other facility revenue. More importantly, it gives families another reason to feel connected to the club.
It also strengthens the club's junior-golf offering. PGA Jr. League complements existing junior programs rather than competing with them, creating a natural pathway from introductory instruction to team golf and, ultimately, more advanced competitive opportunities.
Most importantly, the program helps the club build relationships with the next generation of members. When a child develops a positive connection with the club, the entire family becomes more engaged. That can have long-term implications for member satisfaction, retention, and future membership growth. PGA Jr. League materials specifically identify increased family involvement, member retention, and attracting new golfers as facility benefits.
