It is a great way to teach Junior Golfers a variety of things. They learn how to make Golf fun, competitive, they learned etiquette, as well as receiving great Instruction from their local PGA Golf professional.
PGA Jr. League is a fun program for both participants and coaches. It allows PGA Professionals of all experience levels with junior golf to start a program at their facility. The program uses an easy-to-follow curriculum that allows the coaches to customize their team events (practices, etc.) while still having minimum requirements (# of matches, etc.). It has given me the chance to connect with other local professionals as well as given our juniors the chance to meet other junior golfers.

PGA Jr. League is a great way to introduce competition and match play to juniors in a low stress environment. You teach what it means to work with a team and solve problems together. And when you put your own twist on it, and give the juniors a little bit of ownership in the decisions, they have a lot of fun with it.
It’s a fun and relaxed way for new young golfers get introduced to the game. It’s some what competitive but as a team event it makes it more enjoyable for the kids. Also parents love it and my parents are always watching and walking the course with them. A win win !!!

PGA Jr League is another avenue to bring junior golfers together. The 2 man team concept is a great way to foster camaraderie and junior leaguers mature into young adults a faster rate.

I love that it introduces a competitive format to junior golfers who are interested in competing. It introduces them to other juniors their age, the rules of golf in a fun way and what it means to be part of a team and something bigger. It also gives Juniors who are want a more serious format a goal to strive for that status of "All-Star" and competing in sectional championships and beyond.

Is a great way to bring kids together who love Golf especially in the fall after school. We Structure six practices and six matches throughout the season which builds well for a well rounded program. The home and away matches is just the icing on the cake.
Great beginning program
We run it at a Public Course and it’s great for the community, course and everyone involved. Anyone that sees the program being ran always has a smile on their face watching kids learn the game. There’s nothing better than seeing the little ones fall in love with a game just like we did years ago.
It is a fun stress-free league to get all level kids into golf.

Great program
10 years running a PGA Junior League has been a great experience on numerous levels. This program brings fun, education and competition like no other. The juniors love it and can’t wait until the next season to come.
On the professional side, it is a great way to generate revenue but simultaneously very rewarding. This is a fantastic program to have for spring, summer and fall if you have the demand. Keep in mind the demand grows rapidly if you run a quality program.
I like everything about the PGA Jr League! Playing golf, on a team, with a partner, family cheering you on, WOW, doesn’t get any better than this!🥰
If managed properly, it creates excitement! It’s a great combination of instruction, competition and camaraderie. PGA Jr League is a fantastic program that has (& will continue to) introduce and develop the next generation of golfers.
