It's such a great program and very easy to market to families looking for an opportunity to play and belong a club while establishing relationships that last a lifetime. The kids not only learn how to play the game but also respect, honor and sportsmanship and making new friendships along the way. This impacts not only the family but has incredible impact on the community. Kids just love the competition and playing some different courses throughout the city.

The format is fun, and good players can still be competitive. Great source of revenue for professional and facility. Team approach to golf is good for kids looking for friends and maybe thinks golf is the most important part.

It's just an incredible program to show inclusiveness and engagement within your juniors and your club's junior program. This is my 7th year and it is as much fun for me as my first year as a captain. PGA Junior League is a perfect 10 in my book!!

Scramble format allows less skilled players to feel like they are helping the team. Jerseys with numbers relate to other team sports. League format allows for competitions and playing of other courses in a structured environment. PGAJL scorecards are professional. Online registration make it seem like a special program and allows for easy collection of fees in advance. Opportunity to mold and influence the lives of children.
Flexibility to create the program however I want, junior golfers enjoy the team aspect and scramble format, ability to offer both recreational and competitive opportunities at the same time
