I am not computer savey I deal with the Bensalem store and I have Megan H as my haircutter.
in trying to fill out this survey I fouled it up and it got stuck on me well then this open box for comments came up so I hope this goes through: I could not be happier with your store and employee she knows her trade and performs it in a highly professional manor. My ratings for this survey are all 10's Just a short story I tried to enter a request for an appointment and I thought I had it when I went to the store 75 minutes later they told me I had no reservation. Well Meghan was booked solid and she had 4 appointments that didn't show up so she took me immediately. She saw a problem and solved it and made me a happy customer., If all your employees acted like Megan you would be pleasing soo many people.
IN NO WAY IS THIS A NEGATIVE COMENT ABOUT YOUR STORE OR EMPLOYEE IT IS ME WHO NEEDS TO TRY AND FIGURE OUT YOUR COMPUTER CHECK INS AND SURVEYS I hope this goes through. Sincerely George McGeehan

As has been my experience - my visit to your shop was more than pleasant. I was warmly greeted by the staff.
When it was ups - Greg greeted me as though we were old chums! As it turns out - we are! We went to high school together for four years and graduated together. After 30 years I didn't much recognize him. But he knew me from coming in the shop.
He asked how I was feeling. I was a bit caught off guard as Greg and I are not friends on Facebook (yet). He let me know that the staff had read my previous surveys. He also shared that the occasional tear was shed for me.
Greg also congratulated me on my son's having achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and that he'd seen him in the paper.
As I was about to leave, Greg said "... I guess you didn't want to send your son to Catholic school?" I guess he didn't read the survey where I shared that I was one of those youths abused by a priest and had to testify to a Grand Jury in '03 and a thirteen panel jury (like on t.v.) in public '05. Thus, I had zero interest in sending my son to Catholic school. I also expressed that I had just come from my first ever therapy session prior to getting a stellar haircut from Greg.
The conversation was not awkward just a back and forth dialogue. In the end Greg gave me a heartfelt handshake and wished me well.
I don't know where you get you stylists - but keep up the GREAT work!

As usual, I was greeted pleasantly by the staff upon entering. Not at all certain why everyone in town decided to get their hair cut at 2:30pm on a Thursday afternoon(?!!!!). I had a wait time of 56mins - but the staff is always so friendly I didn't mind the wait. Plus, there were all bustin' butt - yet they didn't rush one client. Every client got their due.
When it was my turn up - Devon called my name. She immediately recognized me and directed me to her chair. She immediately asked how I was feeling with regard to my cancer. It was sweet of her to remember.
Devon then stated that I looked at peace and inquired why that was. I replied that I had taken the courage to fill out a packet about the abuse I endured at the hands of a priest when I was a boy. As is the usual Devon - she offered to pray for me.
I share all of this as this is a staff above all else in the industry. BRAVO DEVON! BRAVO Sports Clips.

This is my second attempt for putting in a survey not sure how I fouled up the 1St one
I use the Bensalem store and Meghan H. I cannot say enough about her she is a highly skilled professional who knows her job and is well aware of how to deal with the public. I had a computer problem in signing in on Sunday and it told me to be ther in 75 minutes well when I arrived the told me I had no reservation, Well Megan was booked solid and she them figured out that the next 4 appointments were a family of 4 who did not arrive yet so she took me and made me a happy customer, My next problem was the survey which I messed up and so that's why I am redoing it now.
THIS SURVEY IS DEFINITELY A 10 ALL AROUND AND IN NO WAY WAS ANYONES FAULT BUT MY OWN ITS ME WHO HAS TO LEARN YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM.
