I was promptly greeted by the entire staff upon entering. Devon was my stylist and she was, as usual, very engaging and takes pride in her craft.
After my washout she noted something she wanted to correct "in the lines" she had cut. I was quite appreciative that she not only noted a minor flaw (which I'd likely have never noticed) and put the cape back on my before she began the correction. GREAT JOB!
NOTE: I was in Morrisville towards the end of the work day. I logged into the app in an attempt to get my name on the leader board. The app kept telling me that my password was incorrect. Then it told me that my email was not on file. After twenty minutes of utter frustration (could have been to the store in that time) I called the store and requested that the person who answered the phone please put me on the leader board. I was curtly told " Sir, you can either log in via our website or you can come into the store and use the kiosk to check in."
Clearly, this added to my frustration and my wait time. Yet, I recognize that you don't want clients thinking it's OK to call for check in - I get it, it was an added frustration.
Still love you, Team! Oh, and by the way - CLEARLY MY EMAIL IS IN THE SYSTEM despite what the F'ing app says.
