We had a really bad experience on our last visit and was very unsure going this time but your associate Jodi was great! She addressed an issue I was having with my sons hair and even wrote down the cut information to make it easier for my son and the stylist on his next visit. She restored my faith in your store.

I do enjoy the hot towel (esp. in winter)/shampoo massage when I get it. Very relaxing and the chair puts your feet up and vibrates.
MVP treatment is awesome and haircut was great. Only suggestion is more stylists as I had to wait a long time to get cut.

The shop is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very pleasant and welcoming.

Doesn't use the hair dryer to blow off excess clippings off clients back.
He blows it off by himself. Very uncomfortable.
This is an unsanitary practice and should be addressed.

hot towel is a nice feature.
Both my boys, now 11 and 6, did not like to get their hair cut. We thought we would try Sport Clips since it is near our home (vs. the 30 min drive to their former kids place). They always have received good cuts and love the MVP pkg, but their favorite is Amanda. Rockhill Rd, Bensalem location.) They only want her to cut their hair, and even when they dont really need a cut, they ask for one.
Excellent customer service and a job well done. The whole atmosphere makes the haircut experience both comfortable and enjoyable.
I was very relaxed. A little pricey but I will be back.
