They both provide excellent service and great haircuts, my husband and I come in once a month, it is always the same story for these two, happy when short staffed. We get the the store when they open at 9am when we leave there is a 4 hour wait, they just keep moving

I like the sports theme of the brand.. connects with males. MVP service is a nice touch. Hair dressers are friendly and have consistently provided good hair cuts. Not big on purchasing hair products at the salon thanks to Amazon and big box stores. The app is very helpful and useful for finding locations, viewing wait time and reserving an appt.
Primarily I appreciate the skill and consistency of Kate. Once I find someone with skills I tend to stick with them. Kate is my new person for haircuts. The hot towels etc are ok occasionally as well but mostly it's a person with skill that keeps me coming back.
It doesn't matter which clinician styles my hair, it's always expertly done. This place is the best.
