I always go to Kate. She gives me a great cut every time. I went to her because one of the other stylist cut my hair and did a terrible job. Kate took me right away and cleaned up the other's mess. I then asked her if she could also fix my male pattern baldness. I thought she could do it. She responded that she's a beautician, not a magician. A great sense of humor besides being a steller stylist. Kate is my one and only.

I like my stylist, she is fantastic. I hate your reservation system - it is not very accurate or effective. My last 3 visits I've had to wait anywhere between 20 to 45 minutes after that system told me I should be able to get right in to see her.
I wish I could make a regular specific time appointment like every other barber I've ever had does. Regrettably, your system does not allow that.
The girly who helped me (think she’s been there like 4 years she said) was so nice! I’m usually really picky about my hair because of cowlicks. but she did an amazing job and I’m definitely happy
