I like the friendly, professional service from your stylists. Carolyn was exceptional as she listened to my instructions and approached my hair carefully with periodic check-ins. She was friendly and pleasant to speak with. Also, with regard to your products, I like the shampoo massage with the ability to upgrade. The overall experience was the best.

I love the VIP treatment as you leave with a shampooed, conditioned, and massaged haircut. I also like that you can return within 30 days for a touchup around your neck and ears to make the haircut last longer.
