Rose is the best! I buzzed my head for YEARS because finding a good stylist is so hard. It always would feel rushed. Rose takes her time every single time. It’s worth every penny of the MVP!

Staff is great. Store is clean. Environment is good and the haircuts are always good. No complaints.
Service is fabulous, ease of use of the app to get in line & see wait times.
I can look up the queue and get in line and show up just before the time. And all that can be done day-of, not trying to get an appointment two weeks in advance.
And I really like that my haircut preference is in the system and no matter what shop I go to I am on file and the barber knows exactly how I like to have my hair cut. I don't have to explain every time and hope the person understands and gets it right. I love that!!!
