The people and the service. I normally get the same haircut and I try to use the same hairstylists. For my haircut, I’ve been both satisfied and dissatisfied. For me, it isn’t the service but the stylist. I no longer pick random stylist.

Our hairstylist was unmatched - great personality with even better skills. I brought my 4 year old with a botched hair cut done by myself. She fixed him up and had great recommendations for future cuts. We’ll be back.

I work there and I was thrilled that you had a promotion that rewarded folks that gave blood to the Red Cross.
I haven't noticed that promotion recently.
I only get my hair cut at Sports Clips.
