Frankly, it’s kind of expensive, but you have the best Customer Service and the best people working there. Heather is amazing, and I wish you would give her more hours so I had more options during the week. But, I can go in on Monday mornings When she’s there. I always select her as my preferred stylist. She does an amazing job!
I love being able to sign up and get text updates about my place in line. It eliminates a lot of wasted time. I also love my particular stylist, Kimmie! She does a great job every time.

Just about every single stylist is friendly and energetic. Always make sure that you are satisfied with your haircut. Always uses the mirror. The energy inside the store is generally positive and makes for a good experience. Always a warm greeting and a hearty thank you for coming in.
