Not everyone's going to love math. My 11 year old really appreciated Mathnasium's coverage of concepts she missed. My rising sophomore asked why he was "forced to do math" over the summer. 'Probably better to have started him before high school.

Gabriel really needed help with math and he wouldn't listen or pay attention to me when I tried to teach him. With Mathnasium, he goes without complaint, apparently focuses on the math for a full hour and then is happy when I pick him up. He is making progress and I'm very proud of him.

My daughter, 10th grade, has been doing Mathnasium since 7th grade. She struggled math and was 6th grade level at the initial assessment. Now she’s taking above her grade math level and her favorite subject is math. Also Mathnasium is flexible to accommodate her busy schedule. Katie is very helpful to change the schedule in short notice.

It's been easy to schedule meetings. I have seen a dramatic increase in my child's ability to complete math problems. She is no longer hesitant when I ask her to solve a problem. It is so powerful to witness her growth in Math!

The Mathnasium program and team are great! The program is thoughtfully organized. It has effectively filled gaps (COVID related and others) in my daughter's math skills and improved her confidence. She enjoys working with the instructors and I love the growth mindset practice of students simply writing "TM" (team me) if they don't understand or know how to solve a problem. This practice is based on an assumption that the student can learn anything and succeed. Also, my daughter is happy to spend time practicing and internalize things like addition and multiplication facts at Mathnasium, which is something she would resist at home.

My grandsons look forward to attending the sessions . The environment is calm snd quiet, and the interactions between staff and students appear to be personal, yet intentional.

With Mathnesium, my daughter is ahead of her class level and becomes a math brain student. When she started 3 years ago, she was behind her grade. Now she’s in high school, she’s in honor a grade higher level.

Life has been so hard for many months. Online school was a dismal, discouraging, depressing experience. I'm not sure that Mathnasium has been a "great experience" but the kid hasn't refused to go. Must be something good going on.
