To make an appointment was quick and easy, and to view your spot in the line without being there was convenient. The chairs could be better, and the area didn’t seem as clean…it did feel like a locker room however…spot on. And according to the stylist who answered the phone in while I was signing up for an appointment (which I did in person) said, all appointments are an hour to hour and a half wait time. The lady that cut my hair was good. I would go again.
