The store was clean and very presentable. The staff were very friendly. My stylist Erin, did an amazing job, great fade and hard part. Wonderful person. Would recommend her to anyone.
My 16 year old son asked for a small trim for his medium/long length hair, and he came out looking like a sheared sheep.
People cutting hair don’t seem to know what they are doing. Bad haircut for the first time in years. Answering phone as if they are working at great clips. Not interested in doing wash. Probably won’t go back….this place has definitely gone backwards. Maybe the recent turnover and inexperience/lack of training.
This is on May 12th visit. Waited 1 hour when prompter said 23 minutes. Associate finished a client and I waited while she restocked. I think they had a staffing issue. The cost of a $25.00 haircut for 9 minutes of work is not worth the price. I may not be back. I have been going to the Wilson store for over 10 years and I have not been pleased for the past few visits.

The past two times my son has gotten his haircut, there is a stylist with a bad attitude who talks about personal stuff loudly taking calls and seems irritated.
I wanted to take the time today to complement my stylist Tonya. She took the time to see what had been done before and made sure she asked questions so that I would be happy with the results. She was extremely professional and friendly. I have noticed Every time I come in this location she is engaging and pleasant with customers.

The variety
My sons hair was cut extremely uneven. When we took him back to have it fixed the next week, we were charged a full haircut to fix their mistake. He gets home and showers to fix his hair and it’s STILL uneven! This is a 15 year old boy, so he’s embarrassed for the second week in a row to go to school with uneven hair. Not to mention, he’s scared to go back bc his hair is getting shorter and shorter with each attempt at evening it out and he’s scared he won’t have any hair left by time they finish.
I love the way the staff goes all out with their customers. They make you feel important

One of my sons had ask for a MVP. After getting his hair washed, the massager broke. Then while getting his hair blow dried, the hair dryer broke. He left with water still dripping from his head and I still got charged MVP price.
Straight forward pricing, saved notes from previous haircut, and friendly stylists that are very skilled at their craft.

Very disappointed in my haircut. The girl was very much in a hurry. Didn't look at a picture I had. My haircut was uneven. I won't be back

This was my first visit to Sport Clips and Tia made quite the strong impression. I had difficulty explaining what I wanted, but knew kind of the end result I was going for, and she was able to take just a few instructions and provided exactly what I wanted. That level of skill and understanding is truly a talent and an art, and she excelled the mark!
The stylists let me flirt and talk nasty to them lol, and some of them even let me play with the titties.
