Great service and haircut
Had not been able to make it to Wilson Store in a couple months due to surgery and not driving from it so I had to go closer to home to another brand. The last time that brand messed up the cut horribly and caused bumps on the scalp. Never had this before. Waited a month plus to come to get a cut to allow scalp to heal. Believe the other brand place had dirty trimmers. Glad to finally be back to Sports Clips Wilson. Jamie had no issue with working to get my hair cut right and to work on helping my scalp heal. She worked with a scalp treatment and literally the pain caused by the other brand place was gone after the scalp treatment and a couple hours later the last two remaining spots were already shrinking and not hurting like they have for over a month. Truly my hat off to Jamie and Sports Clips. The extra money and knowledge is worth it. Can’t wait to keep being able to come back now I can drive again. Don’t waste 15 on a cheap other brand place in Rocky Mount. Not worth it.

As I declined the extras and add-ons, one by one, my hairdresser became more hasty and less concerned with the quality of my hair cut. The same happened to my son. The hairdressers simply aren't good at what they do. A couple of them could be good at it if they had incentive to care instead of upselling all the junk in the barber shop. I'll never come back again...this is my third time getting a really bad haircut from here. In a row.
