I took took Nikis C2 class and loved it! Her flow was exactly what I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Also the DTX floors were awesome (slightly absorbent), they made a huge difference during my practice.

First couple of classes were amazing! Great workout, amazing instructors who walk you through class with perfect instruction and occasional jokes to keep it light and inviting to all students in any stage of their yogi journey! Highly recommend - and first week free, what’s there to lose?!

I'm so excited to have a studio so close to my work. One issue is, though, the classes get very very full and the heat gets almost unbearable. The instructors set the room to 95-97, but with 40 people in one room, I think the temperature rises even above that, to over 100 degrees. I've been practicing for 10 years and have been close to vomiting because of the heat in that room.

I probably won't stop going to this studio because it's so convenient, and I do really really enjoy the classes, but the heat is getting to be a little too much.
