Amazing C2 classes and all instructors are great. There’s a convenient schedule and strong community.
I do think the sculpt room at this location may be kept too hot though? I do sculpt at other locations and have never had trouble with the heat (around 95 degrees), but at this location the heat gets up to 99. I don’t think it’s the instructors turning it up, since it seems this hot regardless of instructor.
Love this studio, would love to see sculpt in 45 min classes and also the yoga strength classes!

I went to yoga for the first time. my dad - Mark - has been going for some time now and it amazed me to see my 57 year old dad do head stands, and see how limber his is. In the 27 years of my life, I've never seen him as happy (mentally and physically) since he has been doing yoga.
I myself felt amazing mentally and physically. so much so that I went back home to Fayetteville AR and booked a yoga class.
