Best part of the whole experience is the hot towel during the hair cut. Anybody can be trained to cut hair but the added hot towel and scalp massage is worth the price of admission.

Biggest problem is you don't keep the good stylist's...As soon as I find one who can cut my hair and have it easy to manage, the stylist is gone....The group on duty last week complely ignored me comming in and I stood at the desk several minutes to sign in and it was not until Debbie came into the store that anyone said anything... First name removed
