I'm happy with the services and online check in, and very happy with Shawna, my favorite stylist. However, your process makes it difficult for me to know when and where she is working, so that I can mesh it with my schedule. Is there some way you can provide a means to determine the planned dates/locations? Also, she was assigned to the Heritage Wake Forest store for a long time; near my home (and near hers). Now she is working at the Brier Creek store, a 30 minute drive for me. Here is one vote to relocate her to one of the 2 Wake Forest stores.

Jean at the Brier Creek location is a really good with customers and cutting hair the way they want it to be cut. She is also the only one in that branch that has been constant for the last few years.

My hair sylist is excellent, does a great job! I've been going to her for two years or so, about every 8 weeks and she has proven to be extremely consistent in cutting my hair. Always looks neat and professional.

Ms. Jean is my hairstylist. She's great, very professional and friendly and always does a good job. I never have to wait a long time or have any negatives to my experience, and I'm a returning customer as long as I'm in the area. I don't usually recommend services to others but for the job that she does, I'll make an exception. Keep up the good work!
