Easy scheduling and service
Your store in Brier Creek is back to offer really good hairstylists/cutters. In my opinion, I believe you need to have 1-2 more haircutters to accommodate, what I view, your needs to be to adequately handle your level of clientele. That includes your POTENTIAL level of clientele; I've seen many a customer walk out, or walk away. Why do you want that??? Yes, I know you have to pay them, but even on a M-Th afternoon, it's a 1 hour + waiting time! And this is not a one-time observance; I have been a customer since your store opened for the first time.
How about if you imagine being on restrictive time, going to Sports Clips for much-needed grooming, and there in the store is an arrogant, primadonna-like young mother w/ 6 boys there to all get haircuts, and w/ only 2 haircutter's available! If you do the math you would have to go elsewhere too, don't you think. AND, I'm not making this up! (per just 1 example)!
