Stylist is hit or miss but I think I identified the ones I like. I can go anytime and I like that I can sign in beforhand. For what I get for my teenage kids cuts though - it's kinda expensive . . .

Thankful that Gilda moved over to the Briar Creek, Raleigh location. I stopped going to the Leesville, Raleigh location as a result of a disrespectful, unprofessional, loud, and obnoxious stylist by the name of Caroline. She treated her colleagues like crap trying to steal the next patron coming in the door. The last time Caroline cut my hair, I decided not to return when she was there. She was smoking outside but quickly extinguished her cigarette to run into the shop to be ready for the next patron....me. She smelled like smoke and continued to breath in my face. She spoke negatively about the store and lack of customers. She believes that she runs the show for this store but from my perspective, clients like me don't want to interact with her.

Products are my go to. Service is like a mini spa treatment🙂
