Atmosphere, friendliness of stylists, massage chair and steaming towels. Price point is aligned to skills of the stylists - I'm willing to pay $20 for the service I get.
Just put it this way when I walk in I'm always greeted no matter which location and I always receive a great haircut and great service. I always by my product from Sports Clips. I've been to the high end salons ($45-$50)and I've been to the lower end salons ($15) your price is just right with high end stylist and all the extras (if wanted) for a reasonable price. Oh yeah I almost forgot I get to watch Sport Center.
Veena did a great job on my hair and is friendly and capable. It is close to work.

My barber if you will. Diana at the Cary, NC crossroads branch is the bees knees. I've been requesting her for over a year. I'm in the army and even army barbers mess up my cut. She's the only one who can do it right. Further more she's always in a great mood and cheerfully greets everyone who comes in. I'm in there weekly because of my chosen profession and it gets a bit expensive over getting the cut anywhere else but I'll happily pay extra for the "do" that we came up with. I would've liked to win that $10,000 but hey, can't win em all right? My opinion, give her a bonus. Thanks!
