The driver who was going to fill my small tank , backed over my drain lines , which would not happen driving up forward. several times this has happend before

Last few winters have been mild, this year pretty cold so we'll see. I've been on the budget plan & it's been ok. They installed the remote tank level check which is nice but I don't check it, hope it works. I'd heard of someone running out because the gage stuck, hope that doesn't happen to us. But it was with different company.
