Stacy J gave me a great and overdue haircut. She was good and efficient and personable. She has been doing it for a long time because I remember her good work years ago when she was at another location. Her experience shows in skill and efficiency and a great haircut. You cater to men so that’s a plus. At my location, stylist turnover is low to moderate so I can usually count on finding my favorite stylists available. I enjoy the MVP options. Stylists are friendly. Product selection is good and varied among brands.
The ability to checkin online is good but falls short of an actual appointment. I suppose this is to protect the Stylist from experiencing no-shows, but I would rather have the ability to make an appointment and then see Sport Clips charge a credit card if the guest decides not to keep the appointment
My family just moved to a new area. It's been a difficult change for our kids going cross country. We went to Sports Clips near our previous home, and we were excited to hear Sports Clips was close to our new home.
When we came in, we were greeted and Chloe took my 7-year-old son. My son has autism and speech apraxia, which makes public settings and change very difficult. Chloe and another stylist took my son and worked with him the whole time. He loved every minute, and he talked with them the whole time (which is really difficult for him).
At the same time, I was able to get my hair cut with Tinna. With our son's special needs, I don't get much "personal time." But after five minutes of watching my son cared for, I felt like I could actually relax.
You'll never know what those 15 minutes meant for our family amid so much change--Sports Clips was truly a championship experience.
Stacy H does a great job. That’s both good and bad.
Good because she has the skills to do a great job but it also means she has a very long list of clients that can make wait times long.
But, it’s worth the wait!
Excellent product for a reasonable price. Plus the shampoos and conditions offered are some of the better ones in the industry.
