Asking that you want a hair cut to fit your head. One that is easy to care for and manage. One that has length but still stylish and "getting it". Most stylist only cut what they know. Sarah cut what I needed and asked for. It had been a year since my last cut because they cut to much. Gave her enough to work with and she did great. Headed back next week for my trim.

Typically, my visits are quick and thorough. During my last visit, I tried to request Sarah; however, she is definitely a favorite and in high demand, I was unable to get her. Therefore, I had been assisted by one of Sarah's teammates. This lady was very polite and friendly, but gave me less-than-perfect service. In fact, to me, she was either new or under the influence of something because it appeared as if she didn't know what she was doing or knew the appropriate clipper sizes. Hair grows back, so obviously not too upset. On the other hand, at $25 for a simple haircut, one should get the service requested right the first time. The aforementioned is to provide feedback, not to bus-roll Sarah's store and her team. Thank you!
