Quick service, great haircut, excellent stylist

Always friendly staff and they’re not pushy about other products or services. They get me in and out with a good haircut

The staff was very friendly and Julius (the stylist) did and awesome job by cutting my child's hair into the style that he wanted. He was also very helpful when it came to what products to use to maintain the fresh look. Two thumbs up and would definitely recommend sports clips to others.

The hair cutter Esther was very nice gave me a great haircut was patient with me and she spoke to me about your hair products. I like the hot towel and hair wash but don’t think I will pay 6.00 dollars to wash my hair. Overall I was very happy with sports clip and the hair cutter Esther.

I hope she gets feed back with this survey she deserves to know what a good hair cutter she is.

Julius always does a great job for me, I go to him every time! But I’m tired of the screen being messed up every time I go to check out. Tell the maintenance man I’m gonna have a seizure!!

Very happy with the service

Rosa gave me a great haircut. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and did a nice job all the way around. My wife is very happy with it, too.

I did have an issue with the appointment app and follow-up. I put myself in line 20 minutes before I arrived (6:10 pm), trying to time my arrival at the store. I got a text indicated I should plan to be there in 10 minutes about 10 minutes later. I arrived about 12 minutes later (6:32 pm), was number 1 on the list and was the only customer waiting. There were three barbers, all in various stages of cutting hair. One finished about 3-5 minutes later, worked on her station for a while, and left the store. My arrival was not acknowledged when she left the facility. The second barber finished up a few minutes later, and spent about 10 minutes working on her station, and disappeared n the back for a while,. I had now been waiting 20 minutes, and my presence was still ignored. Around 6:55 the remaining barber (Rosa) hailed me and said she would take me asap. A few minutes after sitting in the chair, the second barber returned and took the next customer, who had arrived shortly before. It was really weird. I've been a loyal customer since the store opened (15 years?) and its never been this way. Hopefully this won't occur again.

Mo has been cutting my hair for almost a year now. She is hands down the best hair stylist I have been to in a long time. She is professional and makes my time their way more enjoyable. She listens to what you want/think you want and gives her honest feedback on the style, etc.

Great haircut and bread trim.

My barber, Juleus, is always awesome. He is the reason I keep coming back. He always takes time to ask about me and remembers what I tell him. I get my hair cut very often and I can always count on him to be there. He knows exactly what I want and delivers every time. He is very skilled.

My stylist Nicki was great! She gave me and my son great haircuts.

Very friendly and helpful people, wide selection of products. Only draw back for me on the products is the price, seems to be high.

The staff were very friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. My son got a great haircut and Diane made him feel very comfortable.

The product selection is great and the staff is very courteous. Well, Julius is. The rest of the staff went to the back of the store for a "meeting" even though there were two customers on-deck, one of whom was sitting in the waiting area. Julius is a phenomenal barber and is the reason I drive out of my way to come to this location. I think the rest of the staff could learn a thing or two from him. It's also great to see a guy working at Sport Clips, especially one as skilled as Julius.

Excellent services especially the added spa treatment, I will definitely be returning for my next haircut. Kelly did a fantastic job!!!

The kind workers, the hot towel and shampoo and massage. I got it for free because it was my first time and they made me feel welcome and the most relaxed I've ever been during a haircut. I'll be going again once I need another cut! Even when my card wasn't working on the payment machine, they let me go next door to get some cash and they were so polite and patient about it. 11/10 experience.

Diane was wonderful. She did an outstanding job on my hair, and in making me feel welcomed and valued.
