Very friendly staff, Little to no wait time. Love the MVP treatment, however I think you should have massage chairs while getting your haircut.

Most recent visit was an out of town stop for Christmas. Not my normal Sports Clips. I like learning about the new stylist, background, interests and the conversation. Got the special treatment because I was a first time customer at this store. Fantastic time and great results!

I went to the Matthews Festival location in Matthews, North Carolina for the first time the other day, and I was met with helpful, professional, and welcoming Customer Service. Additionally, the hairdresser who performed my Haircut did a great job.
