You have a great team in Matthews. I love the service and the fact that each person loves their work. I have never had a bad haircut there no matter who is working that day. I even had my hair cut during a power outage which happened in the middle of my haircut.
The advance mobile check-in by phone is great. I have never waited more than 10 minutes, and that was on a busy day.

The stylist was ok. She seemed to be in too big of a hurry. She used too much gel in my hair and didn't brush it the right way when she was finished..She wasn't very talkative.
